Owner David Dresner first announced the internationally influenced pot sticker concept in June 2017. The menu, helmed by executive chef Tori Foster, features a wide variety of fillings, from traditional Asian options like ginger pork and cabbage to American-inspired apple pie made with cinnamon dough. Several vegan and vegetarian options are available, as well. The sprawling kitchen, just visible beyond the bar, also supports the company’s wholesale pot sticker business, which will launch later in the year.
