Dresner’s $1 million potsticker restaurant set to open

David Dresner’s potsticker restaurant, Crispy Edge, is set to open its doors on April 6. The restaurant, located at 4168 Juniata St., will feature potsticker options like peanut butter and jelly and classic pork.

The Crispy Edge space, for which Dresner spent $1 million on renovations, also features a manufacturing facility to create and distribute the potstickers on the wholesale side, the restaurant said. Dresner acquired the former unoccupied community center space in late 2015 for $200,000.

Other businesses located inside the building include STL Sitter, City Farm STL, Freeman Pilates Studio, a massage therapist and a few other small vendors, the restaurant said.
